We’ve an immediate opening for a Program Manager – GxP CAPA Remediation in Greenville, South Carolina (On‑site). This is a contract assignment, and the duration will be confirmed based on remediation scope.

Assignment Details:

Role Summary: 

This position leads coordination and execution tracking for CAPA remediation workstreams within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. It is a domain‑focused program management role, not an IT PM role. The manager will work directly on site with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, MSAT, and other functional teams to keep actions moving, identify dependencies, escalate risks, and ensure disciplined follow‑through.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate CAPA/remediation workstreams from planning through closure

• Maintain integrated tracking of actions, due dates, dependencies & risks

• Facilitate working sessions, follow‑ups, decisions, and next steps

• Connect cross‑functional teams to manage sequencing & handoffs

• Escalate overdue actions, risks, and resource conflicts

• Prepare concise status updates for site leaders & stakeholders

• Support documentation, traceability, and quality‑system expectations

Required Qualifications: 

• Program/workstream management experience in pharma or regulated life sciences 

• Strong understanding of GxP, CAPA processes, and quality‑system environments

• Experience coordinating complex, multi‑dependency remediation work

• Strong facilitation, follow‑up, prioritization, and escalation skills

• Ability to work on‑site in Greenville, SC and collaborate with site teams

Preferred: 

• Experience in remediation domains (beyond MSAT/validation)

• Background in CAPA governance, audit remediation, or quality events

• Consulting/contract PM experience embedded at manufacturing sites
