What Will You Enjoy Doing

Account Management

  • Developing account penetration, development, and growth strategy
  • Responsible for developing an account plan, protecting existing business and increasing share of wallet within existing key customers.
  • Lead, manage and execute negotiations including developing value propositions while meeting financial goals.
  • Lead contract negotiations ensuring margin retention and business continuity.
  • Identify and collaborate with decision makers and influencers beyond procurement.
  • Coordinate action plans with cross functional teams via strong program management skills
  • Responsible for annual sales budget as well as assisting in plant budgeting/forecasting.
  • Build partnership across customer organization allowing both parties to extract value.
  • Utilize strong technical and business acumen to develop value added business plans.
  • Collaborate and lead a cross functional team to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Passion for winning, results-oriented attitude, a thoughtful approach to problem solving, and positive energy.
  • Troubleshoot, decision making and resolve issues, coordinate updates and new module deployment.
  • Ensure proper workflow and system integration across logistics and planning.

New Business Development

  • Pipeline management and meeting reports of new business opportunities through CRM
  • Selectively target expanding growth in categories that will deliver long-term value.
  • Improve utilization by selling and filling existing open capacity.
  • Responsible for acquiring new customers in target growth categories.
  • Manage and lead new requests for quotations in its entirely, delivering value add proposals and meeting due dates. From RFP stage through Start of Production.
  • Building new relationships expanding the network in the industry.

 

What Makes You Great

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Engineering, Marketing, Packaging are preferred)

Experience: 

  • 3 - 5 years of successful sales experience managing customers with proven success records preferred

Skills:

  • Microsoft D365 CRM, Power BI and Business Plans knowledge
  • Experience working with large national accounts and multinationals
  • Emotional Intelligence managing high-pressure situations with a calm, analytical approach.
  • Proven crisis de-escalation skills with upset or frustrated clients
  • Adaptability
  • Demonstrated resilience when facing shifting project priorities
  • Conflict resolution skills for handling difficult client interactions
  • Proactive and sense of urgency
  • Microsoft Tools and Excell and presentation skills
  • Diplomatic and effective communication, negotiation and selling skills, written and oral
  • Highly professional and maintains professional composure
  • Works cross-functionally both internally and externally with customers
