Change Lead, Digital Health Transformation

Bayside Health is seeking a Change Lead to plan, coordinate and deliver change management across the Bayside Digital Identity and Microsoft Foundations program during a complex merger. You will assess impacts, coordinate readiness, and develop engaging communications for staff and stakeholders.

Work with Digital Health teams, Public Affairs and vendors to embed new ways of working, manage adoption risks and provide practical learning resources.
