A unique opportunity has arisen to launch a new Accor brand to the UK market.
Set in over 300 acres of picturesque Hampshire countryside, the Resort offers a unique experience all in one place.
With bedrooms, residences & penthouses, golf course, meeting & events spaces, restaurants, health club & spa, this is the ideal destination for a night away, staycation, golf break, wedding, conference & much more.
We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead the resort into its next chapter of growth & excellence.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- As General Manager you will be the driving force behind the Resorts successful refurbishment, rebranding & repositioning on completion.
- Provide strong leadership across all areas to include Accommodation, F&B, Golf, Spa, Events, & Leisure.
- Drive performance & profitability whilst maintaining a premium guest experience.
- Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership on strategy, innovation & brand development.
- Lead and develop departmental Managers to foster a positive & motivated workplace culture.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:
- Previous experience within a resort environment would be advantageous.
- A strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability targets.
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences with a meticulous eye for detail.
