Sales & Marketing Coordinator

GBR Recruitment Ltd are delighted to be exclusively working in partnership with an ultra modern leading construction business, recruiting for an experienced Sales & Marketing Coordinator to act as the key linchpin between the internal sales team & the external marketing agency teams, as well as providing general day to day business support to the wider operations, whilst working closely with the Sales Director.

This is a great opportunity for an individual that is strong in sales support, administration, coordination, data entry, compiling reports, producing commercial documents & putting together presentations for sales activities & board meetings.

Ideally the client is looking for someone with strong HubSpot CRM experience.

Duties:

Sales Coordination & Support

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to sales
• Assist with the preparation of quotations, proposals, presentations and customer documentation, plus coordinate incoming sales enquiries and ensure they are recorded, qualified and directed to the appropriate member of the team.

Marketing Coordination & Support

• Support the planning and delivery of marketing activity
• Assist with the creation and coordination of social media content
• Help prepare email marketing campaigns, customer communications and targeted outreach using HubSpot
• Support the development and maintenance of sales and marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations and customer proposals.
• Helping to put together client case studies and promotional materials.
• Coordinate marketing requirements with the external marketing agency
• Assist with website content updates (case studies, services, products)
• Support trade show exhibitions and customer presentations

HubSpot CRM Administration

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information
• Enter new sales enquiries and leads into HubSpot
• Support the sales team in maintaining accurate sales pipeline.
• Update deal stages, values, expected close dates and other relevant information as opportunities progress.
• Ensure customer communications, meetings, calls, notes and follow-up activities are recorded appropriately.
• Create and maintain tasks and follow-up activities to help ensure opportunities and enquiries are progressed.
• Assist with contact lists, customer segmentation and data used for marketing campaigns.
• Support the production of sales reports, pipeline information and basic campaign reporting from HubSpot.

Project Transfer & Manufacturing Coordination

• Coordinate and participate in project transfer meetings with the European manufacturing department.
• Ensure all relevant commercial, technical and customer information is available, plus support the sales team in preparing project files and documentation for handover.

Commercial & Director Support

• Provide administrative and organisational support to the Sales Director and, where required, the Operations Director and Finance Director.

Attributes:

• Experienced in a Sales & Marketing Coordinator role or Business Support, Sales Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, Office Assistant, Office Manager, PA, EA or similar roles with comparable duties
• Strong using HubSpot CRM and / or other CRM systems
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and marketing techniques
• Strong data entry skills
• Report writing, data insights gathering and documentation creation skills
• Any Canva or AI technology experience would be a distinct advantage
