Oracle Cloud PLM Techno-Functional Consultant

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud PLM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). The ideal candidate will have a balanced combination of functional consulting and technical development skills to design, implement, optimize, and support Oracle Cloud PLM solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Oracle Cloud PLM solutions.
• Configure and customize Product Development (PD) and Product Data Hub (PDH) modules.
• Implement and support Oracle Redwood UX features.
• Design and execute data migration and conversion strategies from legacy PLM systems.
• Develop and maintain Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, and Oracle APEX applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide production and non-production support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
• Develop Functional Design Specifications, deployment documentation, and other technical documentation.
• Review design documents and perform peer code reviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for build and deployment issues.
• Recommend reusable components, technical improvements, and application optimizations.
• Develop, debug, test, validate, document, and deploy application features.
• Participate in solution architecture, High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and technical design activities.
• Create and review unit test cases, support testing, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and resolve defects.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, effort estimation, resource planning, sprint planning, and project delivery.
• Execute and monitor release and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with customer architects, product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to finalize solution designs.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Contribute reusable assets, case studies, documentation, internal seminars, hackathons, and ERP/CRM practice initiatives.
• Continuously learn new Oracle Cloud features and recommend process and application improvements.
• Drive customer satisfaction through quality delivery, design recommendations, and business process improvements.

Required Experience

• Strong experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud PLM solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Product Development (PD) and Product Data Hub (PDH).
• Experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, and Oracle APEX.
• Experience with data migration, integration, and system optimization.
• Experience using data loading tools.
• Experience with production deployments and deployment issue resolution.
• Experience integrating Oracle Cloud applications with external systems using REST APIs and SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud application design, coding standards, and best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, risks, dependencies, and project timelines.
• Experience mentoring team members and leading technical initiatives.
