The Role

• Manage the nursing schedule to ensure optimal patient care delivery.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in nursing department staffing effectiveness.
• Address and advise supervisors on any challenges related to the nursing schedule.
• Ensure compliance of employee and student files with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate and communicate assigned schedules to the nursing staff.
• Distribute nursing schedules in a timely and professional manner.

What You'll Need

• High school education or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in staffing or scheduling within a hospital setting is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational and clerical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Strong communication and advisory capabilities.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance in healthcare staffing.
