The Role

• Construct and erect overhead power lines in the high and extra-high voltage range (110 – 380 kV).
• Perform maintenance and repair of Germany's overhead line networks.
• Utilize machinery and equipment in a professional manner.
• Contribute to new construction and modernization projects.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a trade-based education (e.g., roofer, mason, carpenter, scaffold builder, metalworker, electrician).
• Aptitude for working at heights, physical fitness, and German language proficiency.
• Open to career changers with manual skills, even without formal training.
• Possess a Class B driver's license and a high willingness to travel (Monday-Thursday weekly, including overnight stays).
• Demonstrate self-directed work, reliability, and teamwork.
