• Use SQL to extract, combine, validate, and analyze complex transactional and customer
data.
• Translate analytical findings into clear business stories and actionable product
recommendations.
• Identify performance gaps and estimate the potential business impact of proposed
improvements.
• Recommend and prioritize strategies that increase debit card adoption, engagement, and
usage.
• Support the development and execution of the debit card product enhancement roadmap.
• Present findings, recommendations, and performance updates to product leaders and
business stakeholders.
• Partner with product, marketing, sales, operations, analytics, and issuer stakeholders.
• Monitor debit card industry trends, competitor activity, regulations, emerging payment
technologies, and consumer behavior.
• Contribute card and payments industry knowledge to product innovation and
differentiation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of card and payments industry experience.
• 3+ years of debit card product experience.
• 3+ years of financial product and performance analysis.
• 3+ years of payment transaction data analysis.
• 3+ years of advanced SQL experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau or Power BI experience.
• 3+ years of KPI development and performance measurement.
• 3+ years of analytical storytelling and business recommendation development.
• Experience analyzing acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and product usage.
• Experience turning complex data into clear findings, business implications, and
recommended actions.
• Strong communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite four days per week near Dallas Love Field.

Preferred Qualifications
• Python experience.
• Experience supporting a co-branded card product.
• Experience working directly with card issuers, payment networks, or financial institution

This role requires a hybrid schedule of 4 days per week on-site near Dallas Lovefield Airport.
