Overhead Line Technician | Erbach, Germany | On-site

This employer is seeking a skilled Overhead Line Technician to play a crucial role in constructing and modernizing high-voltage power lines. Join a team dedicated to advancing renewable energy goals and contributing to the energy transition, working with essential infrastructure projects up to 380 kV.

The Role

• Construct and install overhead power lines in the high and extra-high voltage range (110 – 380 kV)
• Perform maintenance and repair of Germany's overhead line networks
• Utilize machinery and equipment in a specialized, safe, and efficient manner
• Contribute to projects that support climate protection objectives

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a trade apprenticeship (e.g., roofer, bricklayer, carpenter, scaffold builder, metalworker, electrician) or relevant experience
• Height suitability and physical fitness
• German language proficiency
• Willingness to travel extensively weekly (Monday-Thursday) with overnight stays
• Possess a Class B driver's license
• Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player
