$50,000 sign-on bonus and $15,000 in relocation assistance available

$3,000 CME allowance +  5 dedicated CME days

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated cardiologist to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

• Join an established team of cardiologists and APPs
• Call structure: TBA
• Employed position within a nonprofit health system

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
• Eligible for Indiana state medical licensure and DEA registration
• Evaluate and treat patients with high-level diagnostic precision.

• Manage patient discharge and care transitions with multidisciplinary teams

• Deliver expert medical services to patients in assigned areas.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
