Project Manager

Bristol
Full Time Permanent
£50,000 - £55,000

Were working with an exciting, fast-growing technology business developing innovative products within the electrification and advanced engineering space.

Theyre looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of complex product programmes from engineering development through validation, industrialisation and into production.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working closely with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers and commercial teams, rather than a purely process-driven PMO position.

The role

Youll be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end engineering and product programmes
  • Owning programme plans, milestones, risks and delivery KPIs
  • Coordinating engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and external partners
  • Driving programme reviews, actions and issue resolution
  • Managing cost, timing, quality and technical change
  • Supporting BOM, supplier and manufacturing readiness
  • Coordinating certification, compliance and validation activities
  • Providing clear programme updates to senior stakeholders
About you

Were looking for someone with:

  • 5 years experience delivering complex engineered products
  • A background in engineering, electronics, automotive, energy, mobility or similar
  • Strong programme planning and delivery experience
  • The technical confidence to work closely with engineering teams
  • Experience taking products through development, validation and production
  • Strong stakeholder, supplier and risk management skills
  • A practical, hands-on approach and a high level of ownership

Experience within electrification, embedded systems, technology start-ups, scale-ups or investor/grant-backed environments would be advantageous.

Why apply?

This is an opportunity to join a growing technology business at an exciting stage of its development, with the chance to have genuine ownership of programmes and make a visible impact on product delivery.
