Test Lead- Data Automation

• Manage and execute data quality automation to ensure accuracy and consistency of ETL processes;
• Experienced in ETL testing and data validation across complex data transformation pipelines, covering end-to-end validation from Landing Layer, Base Layer, Integration Layer, and Legacy Datamart systems
• Proficient in Python automation to automate source-to-target validation, schema checks, regression testing, audit log verification, and test reporting
• Strong expertise in Snowflake data validation, pipeline testing, error handling verification, load frequency validation, and observability dashboard validation
• Identify, document, and resolve data discrepancies and issues during ETL testing cycles
• Design and execute test cases to validate data transformations and business logic
• Collaborate with data engineers and developers to understand data flows and ETL requirements.
• Conduct data setup activities necessary for comprehensive testing scenarios.
• Perform data profiling to assess data quality, completeness, and integrity before and after ETL.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for ETL validation.
• Generate detailed test reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior testers and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes
• Snowflake experience is required, DBT is optional, any cloud experience works.
