Human Resources Business Partner - Transportation & Fleet Operations

Avis Budget Group is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support our Transportation & Warehousing operations. In this strategic role, you will collaborate with leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals, focusing on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and performance management. You will advise on employee relations, compliance, and organizational design, using HR data to drive decisions. Working in a fast-paced, global, customer-focused culture, you will champion safety, integrity, diversity, and continuous improvement while supporting change and development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals for transportation and fleet operations
• Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and onboarding for key functions
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and investigations
• Coach managers on leadership, feedback, and change management practices
• Analyze HR metrics to inform decisions on retention, engagement, and staffing
• Support compensation, benefits, and rewards programs within corporate guidelines
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across assigned client groups
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and safety standards
• Facilitate training, development, and succession planning activities
• Support organizational change, restructuring, and continuous improvement projects
