The Role

• Provide individualized and activating palliative care for residents.
• Implement and manage patient documentation and care planning.
• Administer medications responsibly.
• Maintain close contact with residents, their families, and physicians.

• Support and guide nursing assistants, trainees, and interns.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a registered nurse or in healthcare and nursing.
• Additional qualification as a Palliative Care Specialist.
