The Role • Oversee vehicle glass repair, replacement, and calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume the role of Operations Manager, responsible for technical operations and adherence to company standards. • Provide exceptional customer service from initial contact through vehicle return. • Manage invoicing, cash handling, appointment scheduling, and order processing. • Implement quality assurance measures and ensure compliance with audit standards. What You'll Need • Completed trade apprenticeship, ideally with several years of professional experience in automotive mechatronics, mechanics, or bodywork. • Willingness to obtain or currently possess a Junior Manager (HWK) certification. • A strong understanding of and commitment to company values, including an inclusive and welcoming environment. • Possess a valid Class B driver's license, strong German language skills, and proficiency in administrative tasks. • Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills. • Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and with a focus on teamwork and trust.
