Product Owner

Location: Norfolk, VA(On-Site)/ Local Profile

Contract- Long Term

Must-have

5–8+ years of Product Owner / Product Management experience, including backlog ownership at a program (not single-team) level
Demonstrated experience building or planning a software platform intended for reuse and deployment across multiple clients
Experience defining or refining KPI/measurement frameworks in partnership with a customer
Experience gathering and translating multi-persona workflow requirements (e.g., distinct role-based experiences) into actionable backlog items
Comfortable working onsite at a customer site for an extended discovery period
US-person status, consistent with the CUI/FedRAMP High/IL4 access restrictions governing this engagement

🎯 WHAT YOU’LL DO

Own and prioritize the end-to-end Product Backlog
Lead customer discovery & requirements gathering
Define workflows for multiple user personas
Drive Product Vision, Roadmap & Platform Strategy
Coordinate priorities across Data, Migration & BI teams
Develop and track KPI / Success Metrics
Work directly with customers and senior stakeholders
Help build a scalable, reusable platform for multiple clients
