The Role

• Lead and develop the Speech Therapy department.
• Manage both specialized and administrative tasks for the department.
• Actively contribute to the development and implementation of modern therapy concepts.
• Ensure the ongoing development and quality assurance of therapeutic services.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration with other therapy departments, such as Physiotherapy.

What You'll Need

• Completed speech therapy education or degree with at least two years of professional experience.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and empathetic skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and a confident, assured demeanor.
• Passion for speech therapy and motivation to lead and develop a therapeutic team.
• Ability to understand and address individual patient and employee circumstances.
