Job Description

Project Coordinator / Stream Lead Federal Government About the Opportunity
  • Join a high-performing, multidisciplinary team driving a nationally significant, multi-year digital transformation initiative within a secure Federal Government environment.
  • Play a central role in shaping a major national digital capability from its inception, driving delivery cadence and cross-functional momentum across a complex, multi-agency program.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate one or more Agile delivery streams, facilitating sprint planning, stand ups, backlog refinement, showcases, and retrospectives.
  • Act as a Scrum Master where required, proactively removing blockers, managing dependencies, and driving team momentum.
  • Oversee and align cross functional technical teams-including architects, developers, business analysts, and testers-to achieve delivery milestones.
  • Maintain delivery discipline across RAID logs, decision registers, dependency trackers, and milestone delivery schedules.
  • Prepare clear governance packs, status reports, and executive updates for internal leadership and government stakeholders.
  • Coordinate multi agency inputs to support the ongoing delivery of the MVP and plan future project increments.
Skills & Experience

To be successful in this position, you will ideally bring:

  • Technical Toolkit: Practical experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) and modern digital delivery tools. Relevant Agile or project management certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, PRINCE2 Agile) are beneficial.
  • Experience: Demonstrated track record as a Stream Lead, Project Coordinator, or Scrum Master managing complex ICT or software delivery projects, ideally within Federal Government environments.
  • Core Capabilities: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with proven ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing workloads, and foster collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Define, implement, and maintain the overarching test strategy and detailed test plans across multi-system digital workflows.
  • Lead test planning, preparation, execution, and reporting for system, integration, regression, performance, accessibility, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Coordinate comprehensive testing activities across developers, business analysts, end-users, partner agencies, and external system providers.
  • Establish robust test governance, defect management workflows, release readiness assessments, and quality reporting metrics.
  • Embed quality assurance practices into Agile sprint cycles while driving test automation for regression testing where applicable.
  • Maintain rigorous end-to-end traceability between business requirements, test cases, defects, and platform releases.
Skills & Experience

To be successful in this position, you will ideally bring:

  • Technical Toolkit: Strong expertise with modern test management tools, defect tracking platforms, test automation concepts, and API/integration testing tools. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure environments is highly regarded.
  • Experience: Demonstrated track record as a Test Lead managing comprehensive testing regimes across complex, multi-system ICT programs in Agile delivery environments.
  • Core Capabilities: Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills, with experience overseeing functional, regression, accessibility, and performance testing within complex Federal Government or regulated settings.
