The Role

• Develop and implement innovative marketing and sales concepts, including brand and category management.
• Plan and execute sales and communication strategies, including all B2C initiatives.
• Create and analyze reports to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
• Analyze and optimize product assortments, including new product introductions and merchandising.
• Take responsibility for the conceptual, creative, and visual planning and execution of marketing strategies.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) high school diploma (Abitur), a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator qualification.
• Proven German language skills at B2 level.
• Strong interest in advertising, marketing, and sales.
• Proficient organizational skills and an economic mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a creative approach.
• Good to very good English language skills.
• Familiarity with CMS systems, HTML, Photoshop, Google AdWords, Typo3, or Illustrator is a plus.
