QA Tester / QA Automation Performance Testing - Menands, NY

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced QA Tester (Expert) to support WCB modernization projects by performing Manual, Automation, API, Performance, Database, Mobile, and Accessibility Testing. The ideal candidate will create test plans, execute test cases, identify defects, and ensure application quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities:
Create Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts, and Test Strategies.
Perform Manual, Automation, Regression, Integration, and Performance Testing.
Develop automation scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or UFT.
Perform API testing using Postman, SOAP UI, and REST Assured.
Execute Performance Testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad.
Perform SQL, Backend, and Data Migration Testing.
Track defects using JIRA or HP ALM.
Develop mobile automation using Appium.
Perform Accessibility Testing (ADA Section 508/WCAG 2.0).
Work with development and business teams to resolve issues.
