Salesforce QA Engineer

Job Description: 

Seeking a Salesforce QA Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in testing Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce platform solutions.

1. Experience of testing in Salesforce Data Cloud , SFMC is a big plus

2.       The candidate should have hands-on experience in manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

3.       Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, Flows, Apex, Lightning Experience, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) is required to validate end-to-end business processes.

4.       Experience in creating test plans, test cases, test scripts, defect reports, and traceability matrices using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or HP ALM is essential.

5.       The candidate should have experience testing Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.

6.       Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, or similar Salesforce testing frameworks is highly preferred.

7.       Knowledge of SOQL, Salesforce security model, data validation, and data migration testing is required to ensure data integrity and application quality.

8.       The candidate should collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure high-quality software delivery.

9.       Preferred industry experience includes Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, or other Fortune 500 enterprise environments, with an understanding of complex business processes and regulatory requirements.

10.   A Salesforce Administrator certification and experience with Salesforce testing best practices, along with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, will be an added advantage.
