We are looking for Amazon Connect Developer.

Responsibilities

·         Design, build, and support Contact Center solutions, with a strong focus on cloud-based customer experience platforms.

·         Develop and customize Amazon Connect integrations, call flows, reporting, and omnichannel capabilities.

·         Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high performing contact center solutions.

·         Amazon Connect, Python, Lambda, LLM Assisted NLU

·         Develop and customize Amazon Connect integrations, call flows, reporting, and omnichannel capabilities

Must have Key Skills:

·         Amazon connect
