AI / Machine Learning Engineer

• Position: Artificial Intelligence (AI) Consultant
• Location: Harrisburg, PA
• Work Arrangement: Remote (with possible occasional travel; candidate must be able to report onsite within 3 hours for emergencies/implementations)
• Interview Process: Webcam or In-Person

Core Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and continuously optimize AI and machine learning models.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and fix existing AI applications to ensure high performance.
• Analyze complex data to extract actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical findings to stakeholders.

Key Required Skills & Qualifications

• AI & Data Science: Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision
• Programming Languages: Python, R, or Java
• Frameworks & Libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
• Cloud Platform & Pipelines: Microsoft Azure, Azure Synapse, Data Pipelines

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Background Checks: Must pass Pennsylvania ePATCH and National Criminal Background Checks prior to start.
