The Role

• Perform activating basic and treatment care for residents.
• Implement nursing documentation and care planning.
• Advise care-dependent individuals and their family members.
• Support residents in daily life activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance measures in nursing and their further development.

What You'll Need

• Certified as a nurse, geriatric nurse, or a qualified nursing professional.
• High degree of flexibility and empathy.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Ability to manage documentation and planning processes effectively.
