Change Management Manager - Transportation & Warehousing

As Manager, Change Management at Brink's, you will lead enterprise and operational change across transportation and warehousing, supporting secure cash logistics and mission-critical services. You will assess impacts of new processes, systems, and regulatory requirements, craft structured change strategies, and guide stakeholders through adoption. Responsibilities include stakeholder analysis, communication and training plans, readiness assessments, and risk mitigation to protect service reliability and security. You will partner closely with operations, security, compliance, and technology teams, using data to track outcomes and drive continuous improvement in a disciplined, safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change initiatives across transportation and warehousing operations
• Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses for new processes and systems
• Develop change strategies, roadmaps, and communication plans
• Design and deliver training and adoption tools for frontline and corporate teams
• Monitor change readiness and adoption metrics; adjust plans as needed
• Partner with operations, security, compliance, and IT to ensure alignment
• Identify risks to business continuity and develop mitigation plans
• Standardize change management practices and documentation
• Report progress and outcomes to senior leadership
• Support continuous improvement in secure logistics and cash management processes
