We are looking for a target-driven Inside Sales professional who thrives on lead conversion, deal closures, revenue generation, and achieving ambitious sales targets and earning opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads through calls, outbound outreach, and inbound follow-ups
- Conduct high-volume daily calls to engage and convert prospects
- Handle the complete sales cycle from first contact to demo, follow-ups, and deal closure
- Deliver product demos and sales presentations to potential customers
- Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Drive revenue generation by converting qualified leads into paying customers
- Identify customer needs and pitch relevant solutions to close deals effectively
- Handle objections confidently and negotiate to maximize conversions
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to ensure higher closure rates
- Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion funnel
- Track and report daily activities, conversions, and revenue metrics
- Continuously improve sales pitch, scripts, and strategies based on performance data
Qualifications Required:
- 1-4 yr of proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Resilience and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Coachable and open to learning new sales techniques.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
