Job Description

Fraud Specialist | Airdrie, United Kingdom | On-site We're hiring for a globally recognised contact centre organisation that partners with leading financial institutions to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The Role • Act as the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries regarding fraud and scams. • Investigate and raise cases for online and telephony banking fraud across a major banking portfolio. • Handle objections and reassure customers while investigating pending payments to identify fraudulent activity. • Provide support for personal banking needs, including transfers, direct debits, and digital banking. • Assist customers facing financial difficulties and provide debit card support. • Ensure all customer interactions comply with regulatory requirements for customer protection. What You'll Need • Minimum of 2 years of Financial Services experience in the UK. • Previous contact centre or customer service experience is essential. • Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English. • High levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong numeracy skills. • Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and effective problem-solving skills. • Confidence in making complex decisions and handling difficult conversations professionally.
