Pay Range: $1,40,000 - $1,80,000/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support engineering teams to deliver well-coordinated, high-quality designs for civil or environmental engineering projects.
• Coordinate and monitor all aspects of multidisciplinary projects with varying technical complexity.
• Prepare documentation for design projects, including design criteria, technical letters, memorandums, reports, drawings, detailed design packages, and cost estimates.
• Provide strategic and/or planning services to clients.
• Direct and review work products prepared by junior engineering staff.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, quality, safety, and client expectations.
• Establish client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, management, and design meetings.
• Champion QA/QC procedures and execute internal personnel training.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Minimum 3 years (4 years preferred) of environmental engineering experience, consulting preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Environmental or Civil Engineering or related degree from an ABET-accredited program.
• Or Bachelor of Science in Environmental, Civil or related Engineering Technology from an ABET-accredited program and successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam.
• A Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering may be substituted for 1 year of experience.
• Successful completion (i.e., passing) of FE or EIT preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience overseeing construction and understanding construction methods and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of standard civil engineering techniques and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment.
• Strong computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Available for travel as necessary (approximately 10% travel).
