The Role

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows using Snowflake, AWS, dbt, and Informatica.
• Ensure data integrity through automated quality checks, validation frameworks, and anomaly monitoring.
• Independently plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end projects, contributing to larger cross-functional programs.
• Support dashboard and reporting development, leading enhancements to improve financial processes and accuracy.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, data validation, and analysis workflows.
• Partner with finance and analytics teams to design effective data solutions and recommend process improvements.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in data engineering or architecture with 4+ years of hands-on experience.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with data integration tools like MS SQL Developer, dbt, or Informatica.
• Strong experience with data modeling, schemas, and storage techniques within Snowflake.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines in cloud environments (AWS, Snowflake).
• Working knowledge of ETL/ELT patterns, data warehousing concepts, and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with application lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and Git.
