Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer with advanced expertise in Atlassian Confluence and Jira to support documentation and workflow management across complex technical programs.

The ideal candidate will excel at creating clear, user-focused content, structuring and maintaining knowledge bases, and ensuring documentation aligns with evolving project requirements.

This role requires deep hands-on experience designing and administering Confluence spaces, managing page hierarchies, templates, and macros, as well as using Jira to track tasks, document development progress, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The Technical Writer will partner closely with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to produce accurate guides, process documentation, and reusable content that enhances organizational clarity and operational efficiency.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible materials are essential.
