We are seeking a dedicated and experienced specialist to join a leading psychosomatic clinic in Germany. The Role

  • Take on primary specialist leadership responsibilities within the psychosomatic youth ward, with a clear path to full specialist leadership.
  • Guide and support the clinical processes and the overall psychotherapeutic treatment of adolescents.
  • Represent the chief physician in a senior consultant capacity and contribute significantly to the ward's development.
  • Supervise child and adolescent psychotherapists in training, fostering their professional growth.
  • Ensure high-quality patient care through regular admissions, family consultations, and interdisciplinary reviews.

What You'll Need

  • Completed specialist training or be in the 4th year of assistant training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, with advanced therapy training.
  • A passion for interdisciplinary collaboration within a diverse professional team including physicians, psychologists, nursing staff, educators, and therapists.
  • Experience in leadership or a strong desire to develop leadership skills.
