Monday to Thursday (16:00 - 02:00am) &amp; Off Fridays We are working with a prestigious client who is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to oversee mechanical PPMs, reactive maintenance, and general building services for a large site near Temple Station.

Key Responsibilities:<br />Carry out daily PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems<br />Respond promptly to emergency callouts and resolve issues efficiently<br />Maintain and repair HVAC plant, AHUs, FCUs, VAV, VRV systems, and water treatment equipment<br />Work on general building maintenance tasks as required, including pumps, boilers, drainage, and plumbing<br />Conduct fault-finding and repair on key mechanical systems<br />Operate and manage BMS (Building Management System) and Head End ControlsRequirements:<br />NVQ Level 3, City &amp; Guilds, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering<br />Must have L8<br />Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and ability to diagnose faults effectively<br />5 years + as a mechanical engineer in an office or similar environment<br />Must be willing to learn and have a positive attitude to taking on tasks/learning on the job<br />Has excellent fault-finding skills. - Majority of the fault finding will be done at night time<br />Has experience in changing parts on FCU e.g. fixing valves, actuators, motors.<br />Driving LicenseWhat’s On Offer:<br />Competitive salary between £47,000 - £50,000<br />Generous overtime opportunities<br />Annual leave + bank holidays<br />Pension scheme and healthcare benefits<br />First-class training and career development<br />Supportive, people-focused culture with excellent progression opportunities<br />Working one Saturday a month as part of the normal shift<br />Callout 1 week in 4 £100 standby<br />Car providedThis is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company with a reputation for retaining staff and providing exceptional career development.
