Human Resources Recruiter - California - Contract - $54-64 Per HR

Join our team as a Senior Recruiting Lead, where you'll manage the full recruitment cycle for our Wealth Management business. This remote position requires strong expertise in direct sourcing and a consultative approach to recruitment. Experience in a corporate or agency setting is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement direct sourcing strategies across various platforms to attract top talent.
• Advise hiring managers on market trends and competitive hiring strategies.
• Negotiate offers, considering complex compensation structures and relocation packages.
• Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing updates and feedback.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, managing full-cycle recruitment in large organizations.
• Proficient in direct sourcing techniques using social media platforms.
• Experience in a consultative recruiting model, advising senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of complex compensation structures and ability to negotiate competitive offers.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
