Professional Job Description
Seeking an enterprise-level Senior PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Lead / Financials Architect with 15+ years of hands-on expertise in PeopleSoft Financials, specifically focusing on Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing (BI) modules for a 12-month contract role in Atlanta, GA 30339 (Hybrid setup; Face-to-Face Interview Mandatory). 
The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), writing comprehensive Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and Technical Design Documents (TDDs), configuring AR/BI modules, and executing full SDLC testing for complex enterprise financial solutions.

#Key Responsibilities
PeopleSoft AR & BI Techno-Functional Architecture: Lead functional design, module configuration, and technical troubleshooting across PeopleSoft Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing (BI) modules.
Root Cause Analysis & Issue Resolution: Execute complex root cause analysis (RCA) on production bugs, data mismatches, billing interface errors, and payment processing failures, recommending sustainable architectural solutions.
Documentation & Artifact Delivery: Author and maintain rigorous Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Technical Design Documents (TDDs), business requirements artifacts, traceability matrices, and test plans.
End-to-End Testing & Validation: Design, write, and execute end-to-end test scenarios, unit tests, SIT, UAT validation, and interface testing across upstream/downstream financial systems.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between business finance users, accounting leads, and technical development teams to streamline financial operations and system performance.

#Required Qualifications
Core Experience: 15+ years of progressive techno-functional experience strictly in PeopleSoft Financials (FSCM).
Domain Mastery: In-depth functional and technical knowledge of PeopleSoft Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing (BI) modules, including payment processing, aging, invoicing, item processing, and interface tables.
Techno-Functional Capabilities: Hands-on ability to author both FDDs and TDDs, investigate PeopleCode/Application Engine batch processes, execute SQL queries for data reconciliation, and lead testing cycles.
Certifications: Professional PeopleSoft certification preferred/required.
Interview & Work Setup: Face-to-Face (F2F) Interview Mandatory; Hybrid setup in Atlanta, GA 30339.
