Job Description

Onboard Systems Inc is seeking an ERP Specialist to support and enhance our enterprise systems in a high-reliability manufacturing and aviation environment. You will configure and maintain ERP modules that support production, supply chain, finance, and quality, ensuring accurate data and efficient workflows. Working closely with engineering, operations, and leadership, you'll map processes, develop reports, and drive improvements that strengthen safety, reliability, and on-time delivery. This role includes troubleshooting, user training, documentation, and supporting upgrades and integrations as our business and products grow.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize ERP modules supporting manufacturing and supply chain operations
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and finance to map and improve business processes in the ERP system
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support operations, quality, and leadership decision-making
  • Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and data integrity within the ERP environment
  • Lead ERP testing, upgrades, and integrations with manufacturing and quality systems
  • Troubleshoot ERP issues, coordinate fixes with vendors, and document resolutions and best practices
  • Train end users, create documentation, and provide ongoing ERP support and guidance
  • Gather requirements for new ERP functionality and support continuous improvement initiatives
