The Role

• Provide critical, 24x7 incident response and customer service for hybrid cloud infrastructure operations.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across Linux and Kubernetes environments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and improve system stability.
• Manage and document support cases, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor and triage incidents triggered by automated alerting systems.
• Deliver high-touch support to government and enterprise customers.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent substituted experience.
• Experience in Linux system administration, including command-line management and networking.
• Proven experience working in Kubernetes environments, including container management and cluster troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ticketing, alerting, and incident response tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of communicating technical details to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple incidents under pressure.
