Job Description

Zaden Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Principal Windows Systems Administrator to lead the design, implementation, and support of secure, highly available Windows server environments powering our AI-driven security and monitoring platforms. You'll own enterprise-scale AD, Group Policy, and automation with PowerShell, optimize performance across on-prem and cloud infrastructure, and drive patching, backup, and DR strategies. In our collaborative, fast-paced culture, you'll mentor engineers, shape standards, partner closely with development teams, and help ensure reliability, scalability, and security for mission-critical customer deployments.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain secure, highly available Windows server environments for AI-driven platforms.
  • Administer and optimize Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy across enterprise environments.
  • Develop and maintain Power
  • Shell automation for provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
  • Manage virtualization platforms and cloud-integrated infrastructure to ensure scalability and performance.
  • Lead patch management, backup, and disaster recovery strategies and execution.
  • Monitor systems, investigate incidents, and troubleshoot complex performance and reliability issues.
  • Harden Windows environments and enforce security standards and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with software and security teams to support product deployments and infrastructure changes.
  • Document architectures, runbooks, and standards for operational excellence and knowledge sharing.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level systems administrators and engineers.
