Job Description
We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our client's HR team in Lausanne.
In this role, you will support managers and employees across several departments by providing expert guidance on HR matters, fostering a positive work environment and contributing to the continuous development of HR processes and initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide proactive support and advice to managers on recruitment, compensation, benefits, labour relations, communication and performance management.
- Contribute to a positive working environment by preventing and managing conflicts, ensuring proper information flow and identifying risks or anomalies.
- Support managers in structuring their departments and managing recruitment processes in collaboration with the People Development and Talent Acquisition teams.
- Guide managers in identifying development needs and implementing appropriate learning and development measures.
- Manage the employee life cycle in collaboration with HR Operations.
- Prepare reports, dashboards and key indicators to help directors and managers oversee their activities.
- Collaborate with other HRBPs on the creation, improvement and implementation of HR procedures and projects.
- Participate in various HR initiatives and transversal projects.
Profile
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role.
- Bachelor or Master degree; a Federal HR certification is an asset.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to synthesize complex issues.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to conduct sensitive conversations.
- Proactive mindset with strong solution orientation.
- Strong customer-focus and ability to build trustful relationships.
- Solid knowledge of Swiss labour law.
- Strong numerical and budgeting skills.
- Strong written skills in French and English.
- Knowledge of Workday is a plus.
