Job Description
California Industrial Fabrics, Inc. (CI-Fabrics) is looking to expand its Sales & Customer Service team. CI-Fabrics offers the potential to earn a monthly bonus.

Receive and respond to customer requests for quotes and sales orders in a timely manner.

Process customer orders into the Company’s computer system.

Utilize a phone, computer, copy machine and fax machine as needed.
·
Have good phone and email etiquette.
·
Provide excellent customer assistance.
·
3+ years of telephone-based customer service experience.
·
Must be fluent in English.
