The Role

• Own full-cycle recruitment for critical corporate positions, supporting organizational growth.
• Mentor and guide a team of recruiters, sharing expertise in complex searches.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to define talent needs and create targeted recruitment plans.
• Review applications and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing top talent.
• Proven ability to navigate recruitment challenges with a positive and driven approach.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing complex recruitment assignments.
