Entry Level Sales Operations and Analytics

Year Up United seeks an entry-level Sales Operations and Analytics Associate to support revenue growth in our Educational Services programs. In this role, you will maintain accurate CRM data, build reports and dashboards, and analyze trends to inform national and regional sales strategies with corporate partners. Collaborating closely with Business Development and Program teams, you will manage pipelines, track performance against goals, and prepare presentations and impact summaries. Ideal candidates bring strong Excel/Sheets skills, comfort with data, attention to detail, and a passion for advancing economic opportunity for diverse young adults.
