The Role

• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through sourcing, prospecting, and networking.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals with a competitive drive.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure member retention.
• Build a profitable business through self-motivation and dedication.
• Effectively communicate in both written and verbal forms.

What You'll Need

• Sales experience highly preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses.
• Computer proficiency and strong organizational skills.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen.
