Job Description

Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at the Child & Career Development Center Coatesville, working in partnership with the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU). Be part of a supportive team making a meaningful impact in the lives of students!

Pay- $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience as a BCBA after BCBA certification (independent contractor / 1099).

Summary:

  • Location: Child & Career Development Center (CCDC)- Coatesville, PA 19320.
  • Schedule: 2 days a week (2 7.5 hour days- 15 hours/wk)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results.
  • Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions.
  • Assess a students instructional needs and develop appropriate programming.
  • Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed.
  • Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals.
  • Train staff on positive behavior support plans and instructional programs and monitor fidelity.

Skills:

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extensive skills in behavioral assessment and positive behavior support plan development.
  • Extensive knowledge of data analysis.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team atmosphere.
  • Experience working with students with autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA) or a related program
  • BCBA certification
  • Working experience after BCBA certification

Credentials:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Current Certificate
  • Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
  • Professional Liability Insurance

(Clearances current within 12 months)

  • PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
  • PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
  • PA Department of Education FBI Use code: 1KG6XN
  • TB screening - current within 3 months

*The school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA is an independent contract (1099) position. No benefits are associated with this role.
