The Role • Provide comprehensive DMV registration services, ensuring adherence to regulations and club policies. • Support branch reception with member check-ins, distributing travel materials, and identifying cross-selling opportunities for various products and services. • Process Notary Public transactions accurately and in compliance with national standards and club procedures. • Prepare essential travel documents such as TripTiks, International Driving Permits, and passport photos. • Assist members with booking car rentals, hotel accommodations, and domestic hotel packages, as well as selling Mexico insurance. • Perform key administrative functions including cash drawer reconciliation, document processing, and supporting branch operations. What You'll Need • Proven experience in a retail sales, banking, or similar customer service/sales environment. • Demonstrated ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. • High school diploma or GED. • Required to obtain Notary Public commission within 1 year.
