Technical Program Manager - Key Requirements
Location: Sunnyvale, CA / Bentonville, AR

Core focus: Drive complex technology projects/programs from planning through delivery.

Must-have

7-10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management / Engineering Program Management
Proven experience driving end-to-end technology projects
Experience managing multiple engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong project planning, execution, dependency management and risk management
Ability to define roadmaps, milestones, deliverables, critical paths and success metrics
Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience managing technical programs involving software engineering, APIs, cloud, data or platforms
Ability to work with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Data and Business teams
Strong communication and executive/stakeholder presentation skills
Ability to operate in ambiguous and fast-moving environments
Experience identifying and removing blockers/dependencies
Strong ownership of timeline, scope, risks, issues and delivery
Technical understanding sufficient to participate in architecture/design discussions
