The Role

• Manage and administer Red Cross services for military members, veterans, and their families.
• Build and maintain relationships with military leadership, key organizations, and community leaders.
• Oversee a volunteer engagement program to ensure program delivery.
• Ensure consistent delivery of SAF and IS U.S. services to clients in the assigned area.
• Coordinate services to military treatment facilities and VA hospitals.
• Develop and manage budgets and report on program outcomes.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a related field.
• Strong computer, public speaking, and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities effectively.
• U.S. citizenship is required for mobile positions to obtain security clearance and passport.
