Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic AIDLC Coach to drive and govern the end-to-end AI Development Lifecycle across enterprise AI initiatives. This role will lead the design, implementation, operationalization, and continuous improvement of AI/ML solutions while ensuring scalability, compliance, security, and responsible AI practices. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities to guide cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the complete AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) for enterprise AI/ML initiatives

Define AI engineering standards, governance processes, and operational best practices

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and data scientists to identify AI opportunities and deliver scalable solutions

Oversee AI solution architecture, model development, deployment, monitoring, and optimization processes

Drive adoption of MLOps, automation, CI/CD, and AI operational frameworks

Ensure compliance with security, privacy, regulatory, and responsible AI requirements

Establish model monitoring, drift detection, performance management, and incident response processes

Mentor and guide engineering teams on AI/ML technologies, GenAI, LLMs, and emerging capabilities

Manage technical roadmaps, delivery timelines, risks, and dependencies for AI programs

Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and enterprise AI adoption

Partner with leadership teams to align AI initiatives with strategic business objectives

Create and maintain technical documentation, governance artifacts, and operational procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related field

6–8+ years of working experience within AI/ML space and minimum 4+ years of experience leading/managing/coaching AIML engineering team, with an AIDLC work model

Strong experience in AI/ML engineering, AI platform delivery, and enterprise AI solution implementation

Deep understanding of AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC), AIDLC frameworks (Spec Kit, BMAD, Spectra etc.), and AI governance frameworks

Expertise in Python, APIs, SQL, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform), and modern AI/ML frameworks

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps, and automation practices

Strong knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks

Experience in model deployment, monitoring, scalability, and operational support

Understanding of data engineering, analytics, and enterprise integration patterns

Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional technical teams and stakeholders

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
