Business Analyst

This role will report directly to the PMO Manage, and will serve as a key partner to me on all budget-related matters. The individual will act as a liaison between the PMO teams in West Virginia, Ohio, and Indiana, Operations, Accounting, and IT, to provide timely and accurate reporting of project forecasts, expenditures, and overall financial performance.
Key responsibilities will include:

Developing and maintaining executive-level dashboards for each state, with the ability to drill down from portfolio-level metrics to individual project details.
Delivering real-time visibility into project spend, forecasts, and budget performance.
Supporting the PMO organization with financial forecasting, budget management, and reconciliation activities.
Providing actionable financial insights to assist leadership in decision-making and capital planning.
Ensuring alignment and consistency of financial reporting across PMO, Operations, Accounting, and IT stakeholders.
