W2 Redis DBA

Introduction:

Seeking a Redis DBA to support, maintain, and optimize Redis database environments in a production enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Redis administration, performance tuning, monitoring, troubleshooting, backups, and high-availability configurations.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Redis databases.
• Monitor Redis performance, availability, and capacity.
• Perform backup, recovery, replication, and failover activities.
• Support Redis Cluster, Sentinel, and high-availability environments.
• Troubleshoot performance and connectivity issues.
• Implement security, access controls, and database best practices.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams.
• Support production incidents and database maintenance activities.
